Kudrat Pannu, RCC
Kudrat specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships, identity, and emotional wellbeing. Whether you're facing the weight of anxiety, the quiet ache of depression, struggles with self-worth, or the challenges of cultural adjustment and family dynamics — you're not alone.

Using a blend of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, DBT, and Mindfulness, she offer more than just tools — she offers collaborative support. In couples therapy, we work through a Gottman’s perspective. With relationship-centered care, your unique experiences, values, and goals shape our work together.

Therapy is a brave step, and she honor that courage by providing a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we'll explore what’s holding you back, strengthen your inner resources, and create meaningful, lasting change.
